Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process

Initiate Request: Go to ‘My Orders’ in your account. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions.

Pickup Arrangement: We offer free pick-up in select pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, you may need to self-ship the item.

Packaging: Make sure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check. Approved returns will be processed accordingly.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: After approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you want a different size or color, choose the exchange option when initiating the return. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Shipping Costs: For self-shipped returns, a courier charge reimbursement of up to ₹100 will be provided.
