Return & Exchange Policy

At Karaa Creations, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request: Go to ‘My Orders’ in your account. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions.

  2. Pickup Arrangement: We offer free pick-up in select pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, you may need to self-ship the item.

  3. Packaging: Make sure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check. Approved returns will be processed accordingly.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: After approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you want a different size or color, choose the exchange option when initiating the return. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: For self-shipped returns, a courier charge reimbursement of up to ₹100 will be provided.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
