1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days 

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for select locations)

Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, and courier operations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹60 shipping fee

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you make a payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS and email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier service name

  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable logistics companies like:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post

We choose the best courier based on your delivery address to ensure fast and secure delivery.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach soon.

7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

In case the package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient not available

  • COD not accepted

We will contact you to verify the address. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is damaged or lost, contact our support team within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution (refund or replacement).
